Return Policy

Returns are accepted within two weeks from the date the item is received. A fifteen percent restocking fee will be charged. There are no returns on custom items.

Veteran Skateboard Guarantee

We guarantee our Veteran Skateboards for thirty days and reserve the right to examine the skateboard prior to refunding payment to ensure that the problem is not a result of abuse or negligence.

Confidentiality, Privacy Policy

Any and all information provided to Windline Pacific Company during a purchase, discussion of a purchase, or a refund will remain entirely confidential, without exception, unless release of the information is requested by the client.

Gift Wrapping & Direct Ship Services

We provide gift wrapping, a beautiful card with a Hawaiian motif with a hand written note of no more than 15 words for an additional charge of $8.00 for orders up to $100.00 and $16.00 for orders from $100 to $200.00 dollars and $24.00 for orders from $200 to $300.00. For work valued above $300.00 a $32.00 charge would be made. An area on the order form is provided for the text.

Shipping

Unless otherwise requested we ship with the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail, return receipt. That cost is included in the price of the item you purchase. Inside Hawaii it will take approximately three days to arrive at your door. Shipping outside the State of Hawaii it takes about five days to get to you anywhere in the Continental United States.

We use UPS for packages requiring a tracking number. The charge for this service, if requested, will be added as an additional charge to the clients account when the size and weight of the package is determined. Ballpark estimates can be provided. This service takes three days anywhere in the United States.

International Shipping

We ship outside the United States using the U.S. mail, as well as UPS. Quotes will be provided on request.

Christmas Season Policy

The Christmas season is always chaotic. We will not guarantee delivery by the U.S. mail. for items ordered after the December 10th and by UPS after December 15th.

If ordering for a Christmas present please consider ordering early. All our work is done here at our shop by our crew. We keep a bit of everything in stock and do not maintain a deep inventory of anything. We well not sacrifice the quality of our work, or our sanity, attempting to fill last minute orders.
